Shipping

Orders are shipped from our Auckland base, shipping fees are as follows:

  • Free shipping applies to all New Zealand orders.

  • International orders incur a flat fee of $20 NZD.


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

For any returns or exchanges, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned to Lupesina within 7 days of this notification.

  • Items not received in this time frame will not be accepted.

  • Items must be received in the condition it was sent out in.

  • It must not be damaged, altered, or washed.

  • Items must be returned by tracked postage at the customer’s expense.

  • Items must be returned by tracked postage at the customer’s expense and returned to: PO Box 11325, Ellerslie, Auckland 1542 c/o Lupesina


Faulty or Damaged Goods

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products so we carefully inspect your order before shipment. Please inspect your order on receipt and notify us as soon as possible of any fault or damage.  Once we have received your damaged or faulty goods we will arrange a replacement.


Change of mind

While we hope you’ll love your purchase, sometimes it might not look right once you try it on.  No problem!  We can refund you in full, or you can exchange it for something else of the same value. If the product you want to exchange it for is of greater value, we can send you an invoice for the difference.
